What Everyone Asks First.
Is the consult really free?
Yes. Fifteen minutes by phone or video, and there is nothing to pay. It is how we make sure you book the right service, with the right stylist, for the right time.
Do I have to book after?
No. You leave with a plan and a price, and the decision is yours. Book when you are ready, or not at all.
I've used box dye or henna. Can you help?
Yes, tell us on the consult. Anything from the last 12 months matters, and henna in particular can react with lightener, so we plan around it and may suggest a strand or patch test first.
Will lightening damage my hair?
Lightening always changes the hair, so we are honest about what yours can take. We plan the steps and the bond care, and we tell you if the look you want needs more than one visit.
How long will I be in the chair?
It depends on the service. A cut can be under an hour; balayage or a colour correction can take several. Your consult tells you the time before you book.
Can I bring photos?
Please do. Before your consult, send two on WhatsApp: your hair in daylight, and the look you want. It makes the fifteen minutes count.
Do you take a deposit?
No. There is no deposit for any service. We send a reminder the day before so you can confirm or reschedule.
What if I need to cancel or I am running late?
Please give us 24 hours notice to cancel or move your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the service or find you a new time, so the next client is not kept waiting.
What if I am not happy with my colour?
Tell us within a week of your visit and we will redo it, free, with the same stylist or Mina.
